1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party named by you, receive the goods.

2. How to Return an Item

Contact us at info@eldasio.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will confirm the return and provide instructions for sending the item back to us.

3. Condition of Returned Items

Items should be returned unused and, where applicable, in their original packaging with any labels attached. We may decline a refund or reduce the refund amount if the reduction in value results from handling beyond what is necessary to check the item.

4. Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods to us, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we will cover the return shipping cost.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice or the returned goods, whichever comes first. Refunds are issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us at info@eldasio.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or return at no cost to you.
